The Hydration Room, Orange County’s first vitamin IV and injection therapy clinic, is looking for qualified RN’s to staff our first location in Los Angeles (Santa Monica). ABOUT THE POSITION:
RN’s must have proficiency in starting IV’s.
The ideal candidate is positive, hardworking, a great multi-tasker and able to make their patients feel at ease.
Clinic hours are M-F 8am-6pm, Saturday 9am-5pm and Sunday 9am-3pm. Full-time requirements are 4 shifts per week.
Consult and coordinate with The Hydration Room MD on staff and/or standing orders to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient IV or injection therapy plans.
Administering IV and injection therapies/medications
Instruct individuals on topics such as health education and general preventative health measures such as diet and exercise.
Maintain accurate, detailed reports and health records.
Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients’ responses and conditions.
Being able to function in the heat of emergency and act according to protocol.
Works with Facilities Manager to maintain nursing supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies; using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
Keeps clinic in compliance with The Hydration Room inspections before and after each shift
Understands great customer service and patient care
Maintains a safe, secure and clean environment for customers
